Big on flavour, easy on the palate — KAPA is our hazy pale ale that blends modern juiciness with traditional balance for an ultra-refreshing pint.

Brewed with Yakima Chief Citra for bold citrus and tropical fruit notes, balanced by English Fuggles and Bramling Cross to bring gentle hedgerow fruit and earthy depth. A touch of Kveik Voss yeast adds subtle orange zest, while oats and wheat lend a soft, full body and smooth mouthfeel.

The result is an extremely sessionable, juicy pale that’s as bright and balanced as it is refreshing.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus • Hedgerow Fruits • Tropical Hops • Soft Sweetness

11/3/2023. Cask at the 2023 Coventry Beer Festival. Pours cloudy pale yellow gold, quite lifeless with a minimally bubbly head. Nice tropical fruit aroma, citrus, mango. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Dry and bitter finish. Didn;t look much but was enjoyable.

Keg at the London Beer Lab, Brixton, 06/05/22. Ok ... lets just start off by stating that this is a 4.28 on UT as I type my rating out ... god bless friends etc !!! Lightly hazed golden blonde with a good sized white cap. Nose is mellow citric zest, light herb, orange peel, grass, hint of yeast. Taste comprises tangerine, orange peel, soft malts, light yeast tickle, melon. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close with balanced mellow light juicy hop bitterness. Ok easy drinking pale ... UT 4.28 perhaps not!
