Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2018. A hazy purple reddish beer with a small white head. Aroma of tart Red fruits, berries, raspberries, tea. Taste of herbal tea, raspberries, fresh berries. Okay.

Borefts 2018. Day 1. Sampled draft. Thank you for sharing! Milky pink. Nose is super milky weird yoghurt, raspberry, overly milky yoghurt. Taste is same milky, raspberry yoghurt, not getting much yuzu, milky all the way with strange yoghurt, likewise with body, no complexity weird.

Tap. Hazy pink color with white head. Aroma is lovely fruitiness, raspberry, not so much yuzu yet, wheat. Taste is lovely intense yuzu, light wheat, fresh yeast, super refreshing. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very good!

8 3 7 3 15Draft at Borefts Beer Festival ‘18.  Hazy dark pink with a small pink head.  Aroma of big raspberry, yuzu and citrus.  Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour.  Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2018. Hazy, luscious red with a white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, fairly fruity aroma of raspberry, strawberry and some cherry. Slightly sweet, medium sour, rather fruity taste of raspberry, strawberry and some red grapes, followed by a short, quite tart, gently dry finish. Medium body, fairly astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pretty simple but nice!

Cloudy pale red beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots and lots of sweet raspberry jam, fruity, soft lactobacillus notes, nice! MF: no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: fruity start, pretty acidic, bit lemony, soft bitterness, some yoghurt. Aftertaste: bitter, citrus peel (the yuzu I guess), bit fruity, acidic, lemony. Not bad.

Tap at Borefts. Hazy pink with pale pink head. Cooked raspberries, light lime, yuzu, dishwashing liquid, hibiscus, tart grains, light dough. Almost medium sour, light sweet. Almost medium bodied.
