YG. Golden color with no head. Aroma and flavor is apple, sugar, fruit, lemon, floral. Decent.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden with no head. Aroma of apple and grass/hay. Taste is sweet apple, fresh grass, green hop and a hint of bitterness. Medium body with average aftertaste. A bit on the sweeter side for my liking and as usually I don’t think hops goes very well into a cider.

Smaksprøve fra fat på Gladmatfestivalen juni-24: klar strågylden med perlende munnfølelse. Nydelig, klar eplearoma og -smak. Hint av citrus. Halvtørr. En delikat sommerforfriskning velegnet til helårsbruk.

750 ml clear bottle, harvest 2022, from the cidery. ABV is 8.0%. Hopped cider, apple varieties are Karin Schneider and Rubinstep. Clear and very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Fresh aroma of said apples, a hint of citric and herbal hops, also a hint of sulphites. Fresh apple flavour, medium dry, moderate citric hops, again a hint of sulphites. Well balanced and enjoyable.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy straw colored. Aroma is fresh fruity, elderflower, apple peel, dusty apples, leafs, hops. Taste is slightly fresh fruity, apple peel, elderflower, dusty apples, leafs, grass, hops, hints of citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
