Draught @ 10th. BBF 2018 [ 10th Borefts Beer Festival 2018 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As De Natte Gijt De Gijt Met De 9 horens en 1 oog ].Clear dark brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, burnt, sweet malt, maybe some rye ! Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, dark malt, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180921] 7-2-7-3-14

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival, Day 1. Opaque pitch black color, average sized beige head. Aroma and flavor are malts, dark malts, a slight sweet hint, decently bitter. Don't get anything else. I like it, it's a solid stout and it doesn't have those weird odd flavors, no minty notes, no over the top liquorice, just a good solid stout. I like it.

Borefts X. Day 1. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin dark malts, a little dark chocolate. Mild floralness. Little dark fruits. Light finish. Standard stuff and a little dull.
