Čau šťávo! Po roce se vrací náš svěží sour ale s bergamotem, kalamansi, červeným pomerančem a citronovou trávou. Líbivá záležitost pro všechny příznivce citrusových kyseláčů.

Grains: wheat malt, barley malt, wheat flakes, oats
Hops: Gaia
Additions: bergamot purée, calamansi purée, yuzu juice, lemongrass, himalayan salt, coriander seeds

Bottle 0.75l, more than one year aged. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- really lots of citruses, nice citrus resins, salt, lemongrass, citrus jelly. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, citrus juice, jelly, lemongrass. Medium bodied.
Good.

Tap at Prague Beer Festival. Thin body, med-light carbonation. Very easy drinking, med-light clean lacto, a hint of tartness. Limey, zesty, fresh feeling, very easy drinking, quite clean. Quite good.

Tap at Prague Beer Fest. Hazy yellow-golden body, white head. Lemongrass and citric notes dominate the aroma. More of the similar in the taste as well - a perfectly balanced lemongrass-citrus taste, highly drinkable. Best kettle sour Falkon made.
