Dali jsme s The Barn Beer co. hlavy dohromady, jaký styl piva by se hodil k názvu nového alba kapely Innersphere "In the shadow of the sun" a zároveň to bylo pivo, co se bude dát pít na koncertech celý večer. Padla volba na odlehčenější variantu momentálně moderního "stylu" cold IPA. Díky rýžovým a kukuřičným vločkám má světlounkou barvu, je hodně prokvašená s masivním chmelením zastudena, které dokonale maskuje sílu alkoholu. Z aroma nejvíc vystupuje tropické Galaxy se svou marakujovo-mangovou vůní, sekunduje pryskyřičné Simcoe a vše podtrhuje Nectaron s ananasovými tóny na pozadí.

Can 0.5l. Slightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- low, citrusy, a bit oniony, meadow grasses. FLAVOR- neutral, a bit fruity sour, moderately bitter, nice citrus, citrus jelly, calamansi, citrus peel, a bit oniony again, juicy, rice, touch of grasses. Medium bodied. Very nice Cold IPA

# 4208; 5/2024. Zesty, citrus, dust, pineapple, tropical fruits aroma. Hazy yellow body; white head. Zesty, citrus, hay, mango, piney. Very good cold IPA. 0,5 l, can, craft-beer shop, Prague.

Tap at Salon Piva 04/2024. Hoppy aroma and taste, malty notes, cirus fruit, medium bitter. Medium body, hoppy fruity bitter finish. Ok.

Tap at sedm°, the day after the TTO. Hazy pale yellow-golden body, white head. Stone fruit, pineapple and light herbal notes in the dry, somewhat minerally aroma. Dry, crisp taste, bit minerally again, sweetish-seeming mild stone fruit and pineapple notes, going into a bitterish finish. Tasty stuff overall, a spot-on cold IPA pretty much! Wanna try it side by side next to this year's Cryo Factor in a fair setting.
