Keg at Keleti Waiting Room, Budapest, 11/06/23. Deep raspberry red with a good sized crimson cap. Nose is raspberry ripple, fruit crumble, tangy berries, lactic twinge. Taste comprises damp straw, blackcurrant yoghurt, rhubarb stalk, vanilla essence, pink berry sherbets. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a mellow puckering bite. Decent refresher.

Canned 330ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren, thanks! Red/purple coloured, small off-white head that went away fast, some vanilla and berries in the nose. Vanilla, fruit yoghurt, notes of berries and short finish. Bit artificial.

Can, huge thanks Papsoe and the guys who brought it. Murky reddish-purple head, off-white thick head. Huge aroma, vanilla, berries underneath. Lean, dry, bitter, sweetish taste, bitterish, warming, vanilla and lightly yogurt berries, yeah, quite dried out, not bad, not as fake as some, bit spicy, peppery, bit too much tho. Hm, unusual, not too bad, not... great either. --- Beer merged from original tick of (collab with) Crooked Spider We Pie To Party on 12 Feb 2024 at 21:35 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5. 0.33 l can thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Hazy purple to lilac, small off-white head. Aroma is red fruit candy, hints of apple pie: baked apple and biscuit. Some frozen fruit yoghurt or powder pudding aroma. Flavour is blueberry, blackberry, red grape skins, some yoghurty sourness. Vinous. Moderately lasting fruity sour finish.

Can 33 cl. Cloudy opaque, burgundy red with a tiny, rough reddish jead. Vanilla and forest berries in the nose. Medium body, has an initial sweet feel, but it's not really. Again berries and vanilla with an almost astringent tartness. 250923

Tap at Zil verne. Med-full body, medium carbonation. Med-high sweetness, medium sourness, light tartness. Med-high blackberry, medium cinnamon, med-light biscuity maltiness, light apples. Very nicely balanced, very good pastry beer - not very beery, but refreshing by the exquisite balance. Quite good.
