To create something truly unique, you need to abandon your established boundaries, so we did our best to approach this “hybrid” without any prejudice. The base saison aged for two years in two red wine barrels, then we added grape skins into one barrel and grape juice into the other, aged it for further 3 moths and then mixed together into a single stainless steel tank where we continued the aging for another 18 months. Finally we the beer refermented for 3 months in barrels before ending in front of you. A 4-year journey finaly came to an end.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 9 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8

Bottle 0.75l, three years aged. Lightly cloudy, red colored. AROMA- strongly red wine, a bit wild character, sweet and winous sour. FLAVOR- clean, sparkling, slightly sweet, lightly sour, red wine dominates the taste, cherry, touch of wild character. Fuller bodied.
Amazing.

Sample from the bottle at Zichovec Beerfest 2022, thx K! Murky red body, almost no head. Red wine all over the place, dryish, spicy, both in the taste and in the aroma. Simple as that though this beer is anything than simple. Not a festival beer honestly, I'll try to focus on it somewhere at some point again, but it was damn cool to try it, reminding me of Mlinarica's Duality.
