Xmas bottleshare @Gijs. Pours a hazy straw yellow body and a big white head. Aroma's: sour, funky, lactic, wood. A bit more brett funk retronasal. Flavour is sour, funky, with light bitterness. Light bodied.

--Bottled. -- Hazy golden, small head. Tart vinous nose with apricots and hay. Mildly citris with medium body and rounded mouthfeel, Lots of tart oaky wine, mild hay and apricots. Low to medium bitterness.

ABV: 7.6%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, barrel, oak, funk, grapes - wine. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, wheat, funk, grapes, leather, wine. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20240313]

Bottle at Drinkoteka, huge thanks Barba! Hazy amber-golden body. Pine and brett in the dry, light aroma. Sour taste, bretty notes, quite dry, light mint and pear notes, seems to have dried out a fair bit. Didn't thrill me, but really glad to have tried it!
