Bladder bag at Pigs Ear '23, day two, 29/11/23. Clear golden with no head. Nose is crisp apple, orchard wood, tannins, light funk. Taste comprises apple core, straw, vinous, oak, barnyard, apple skin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, big abrupt drying close. Decent.

Bag in box @Buskers Pub (Rome). Ambrata, mediamente torbida, schiuma leggera a bolle grossolane. Al naso note di buccia di mela, leggero vinoso, tannino. In bocca รจ leggermente acidula, fruttata, secca, appena amara, molto tannica, astringente. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Non malissimo, ma alla lunga si fa fatica a berla.

500ml bottle from Cideronline. Single Variety 6.5%. Slightly hazy golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of mucky funk, apple and earthy woody tannins. Taste is tangy, apple, woody, astringent with some leathery funk and earthy drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Bottle shared at Craft Beer Co Islington, 29/08/2018. Many thanks! A clear green yellow coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is funky apple, hairspray, pear, woody mealy apple. Flavour is composed of dry woody apple, pithy dry apple, funk, dry horse. Palate is crisp, woody apple, moderate carbonation. Nice.

Bottle shared in London - enormous thanks to Daniel Osprey. Pours clear yellow with no head. Quite dry and musty, very mild apple peel character. Medium bodied, soft. Dry and musty finish, with honestly very minimal dank apple skin notes. So so.

0.5L bottle (from Siidrimaja). Pours golden with whiteish head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is nice full sweetness and sour, apples.Flavor is sweet and bitter, dry, apples, some alcohol. Finish is nice dry-sour with some sweetness, booze and apples. Body is surprisngly light. Overall: good, would like it to be it a bit less sweet tho.
