Since day one, Stone & Wood has walked in step with Australian hop farmers. Their dedication and innovation have led to some of the world's most outstanding and flavourful beers. To shine a spotlight on this amazing produce, we present the all-Australian hop series. The second release in the series, Hinterland Big Pale Ale has a low malt profile that allows the Eclipse and Vic Secret hops to shine through. It's citrusy, juicy, and lightly tropical Too good not to be shared with friends.

(Can) Pours slightly hazy amber with tiny white head. Good aroma with citrus, tropical fruit and hints of pine. Medium body with good carbonation. Great taste. Plenty of fruit, mainly citrusy, with some pleasant moderate bitterness building through the palate. There’s peppery notes and some vinous hints. Very good.

Can. Misted amber with a good cm of white head. Grilled tropical fruit aroma with spiced citrus peel floating over the top, some breadcrust. Perhaps a little more body than expected with bread, peach and tropical fruit before citrus, then pine and spices and a bitter finish that grips gradually. Clearly a lot of thought and work has gone into this one. Very good.

375ml can into schooner glass. From BWS, Glen Innes. Slightly cloudy amber beer with a solid white head. Medium carbonation. Aroma is inviting, tropical AND citric fruit. Great taste, mild lingering caramel. Finish is light orange juice. Excellent pale ale, full of depth.
