Brune foncée/noire, col épais crémeux café au lait bien tenace.
Arôme est plutôt classique, malt grillé, cacao, café notes de céréales avec une dose de chocolat qui reste bien présente.
Palais est bien axé sur le malté - chocolat, cacao avec une rondeur certaine de l'avoine. Le tout est un peu boozy en étant même à 7.5% - petite note de fruits noirs en fin de bouche. Amertume est délicate oscillant sur un léger terreux.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Black, small head. Chocolaty nose with grainy toast. Mid sweet with medium to full body and well rounded. Chocolaty with burnt grain and notes of dates. Velvetty, lingering bitter finish. Really good!

ABV: 7.5%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, oat, dark mal, wood, light to moderate chocolate and coffee, smoke touch. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, roasted, oat, dark malt, light to moderate coffee - chocolate, light smoked. Body is medium to full, texture is oily creamy, carbonation is soft. [20240323]

Bottle (from Tuju Shop, thanks Jukka!). Pitch black, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is oaty, roasted, chocolaty and some mild floral hops. Flavour is roasted, some chocolaty, some oaty and mild floral tones with some mild fruity tones. Smooth. Nicely in balance. Has aged really nice.

Bottle 330ml at Humala. Opaque colour and small beige head. Roasted, a bit coffeish aroma. Medium-bodied. Roasted, a bit coffeish, smooth, clean. Well-brewed.
