[July 2023] Mahogany brown with a bubbly tan head. Milk chocolate and fruity malt on the nose, smooth and silky with mild carbonation, some subtle dark fruit and chocolate caramel coming through the malty backbone and a soft bittersweet finish

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, wee hours of 25/03/24. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a good sized lasting beige head. Nose is biscuit, dates, toffee, dried fruit rinds, brown bread, herb. Taste comprises toffee, dried fruit esters, fruit loaf, hint of red berry skins, toasted brown sugars, grains, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Tidy for the style.

Can. Clear deep amber beer, small bubbly tan head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has a good fine minerally crisp snap. The smooth and fairly light malts have a paradoxical dark toffee and a nice supporting creamy sweetness. Modest ripe fruits and a very light touch of esters. A simple but fairly tasty and drinkable affair.
