Beer with a tangy and fruity taste. A slight astringency accentuates its subtlety and its end note.
Long conservation beer, with an evolving taste.

The artwork is provided by the class' children that Jean Van Roy's wife teaches. It changes yearly.

Bouteille 75cl de et partagée avec Tderoeck & Didier, merci Didier @ Tim's Brewfist Italian night.
Pâle dorée, col blanc persistant.
Reste de très belle facture avec un apport de rhubarbe qui sublime les lambics - cela tranche avec deux acidités qui se prêtent bien au jeu - une végétale et une de la fermentation.
Effervescence reste assez haute ce qui pour moi aide à sublimer la rhubarbe et son côté finement terreux-acide/amer.

Lys gul klar med hvitt skum. Lukter rabarbra og svovel. Sur og fruktig. Smaker rabarbra og noe svovel. Middels lang.

Surprisingly big rhubarb taste for a rhubarb beer. Very soft on tap. Not much fizz.

Hapu, kerge rarbarber, happeline, funky, nisu. Ok, mitte parim nath.

Deep golden to Cooper color and a White head. Tart and acidic nose, fruity. Sour Taste, fruity, rhubarb, Lemon and a nice acidic flavors
Dry and astringemd, sour-vineos Finish.

@ Tuska 2024. Smooth, slightly funky and tart with some rhubarb juice, hints of sourness and farmyardy yeastiness. Quite soft and smooth, not very aggressive
