Bottle from the Real Food Store, Exeter. Slightly hazy gold with a bit of carbonation. As others have found, this was a contrasting cider. The aroma was rough, with tart apples, cheese and a solid bit of wood. The flavour was sweet, with baked apples, a hint of honey and some spice. The finish was in the sweet side too. Different, and pretty good for it.

Cask at The Hamilton Hall, JDW, Liverpool Street Station. Pours a completely opaque, light gold. Aroma is sweet, faintly dank apples. Light to medium sweet flavor, ripe apples, some sugar. Medium bodied with little carbonation. Quite dry on the finish, slightly warming, a little musty and dank, not overly sweet. A passable cider, just seems a little rough around the edges.
