Bottle@Lars tasting - Anemic white yellow coloured pour with thin white hesd. Sweet citrus fruity with note of wheat, straw, hay, medium body, sweet fruity close.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with a medium sized white head. Sweet aroma with wheat malts and spiced notes. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Drying fruity finish. Fair.

Pajiza, blanquecina, de apenas espuma y bastante turbia. El aroma es de levadura con notas ligeramente cítricas. En boca tiene un paso muy fácil muy ligera, floja de gas y de cuerpo, y con un sabor manteniendo lo que anunciaba en el aroma cítrica,Más especiada ahora, y con un tono ligeramente lácteo

750 ml swingtop bottle, as Esperluette Blanche, brewed by Robert Christoph, Ancienne cave coopérative, Route de Rians, 83560 Esparon de Pallières (Var), France. ABV is 5%. Ingredients include sugar, spices and jam/marmalade. Golden colour, moderate to low white head. Strong sweetish aroma of yeast, flowers, honey and mild spices (but not necessarily coriander - this is not your typical witbier). Medium sweet, yeasty and mildly spicy flavour, minimal hops. Could be better.
