Dividing Time is a rare collaboration beer with Private Press Brewing, a Santa Cruz-based club-only production brewery specializing in barrel-aged stouts and barleywines. Before spending one year in bourbon barrels, this unique beer takes a spin on the traditional Barleywine style by incorporating premium Munich malts, creating the exclusive "Munichwine" style that Private Press is renowned for. The result is a nutty, full-bodied intricate flavor profile highlighted with a toasty bread character that meets its match by way of bourbon. The starring malts accentuate the deep, rich color and smooth, velvety mouthfeel, including Munich 10L, Golden Promise, and Special B.

Black Colour with small beige head.Aroma of raisins and prunes mild sweet and full of fruit notes not like many other barley wines but still nice warming taste and smooth finish.
