“Year 8” Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout (14.1%) with Ugandan Vanilla, Coconut & @mostracoffee Coffee. First it was aged 18 months in choice bourbon barrels, and blended to superbness. We then conditioned it on 2 lbs. per barrel of Ugandan Vanilla, layered in loads of toasted & raw Coconut and finished it with “Ghost Bear” Mostra Coffee.

Аромат бомбический, много кокоса и какао бобов, есть шоколад. Не такой густой по текстуре как другие стауты. Вкус очень ровный и мощный, есть бочка, но кокоса и ванили больше, есть шоколад. Один из лучших стаутов на фесте.

Black with a brown head - Dark malt with coffee . coconuts , wood barrel aroma - Malt body with coffee , coconut and wood barrel flavours - Dark malt wiht coffee and wood flavours goes into the finish - This was real good

Tap @MBCC 2024, Red Session. Oily black, no head. Woody, rich syrupy malt aroma, bourbon. Heavy sweet, rich dark malty flavour, syrupy with sweet bourbon warmth, some coconut and choc.

Mikkeller Beer Celebration, Red Session. A black beer, no head. Aroma of sweet dark chocolate malt, caramel, vanilla, bourbon, coconut. Taste of sweet chocolate, vanilla, coconut, sweet dark malt. Lovely.

Rated at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2024 (MBCC). Sweet, roasty and heavy with nutty notes, chocolate, cocoa, vanilla and bourbon. Quite nice.
