Jeden z lepszych witbirow jakie pilem. mocno metne, piana spora, aromat intensywny, glownie kolendra, cytryny. w smaku kwaskowe, owocowe, kolendrowe, chmielne, bardzo tresciwe jak na bezalkoholowe witbir. no i mozna byc szoferem jadac i pijac takie piwo. Zero alko i maksimum tresciwego smaku. Tak sie robi dobre bezalkoholowe piwa.

Barwa złota, lekko zmętnione, piana biała, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie słodowe, brzeczkowe, lekkie fenole, lekkie owoce. W smaku mała kwaskowość, słodowe, brzeczkowe. Nieco zgniłych owoców, chyba lekka siarka, fenole. Wysycenie niskie, ciało lekkie. Nieudane, z jakimś zakażeniem.

0.5 l bottle from 'OnderNulPuntVijf', best before August 2021. Almost clear, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite spicy, gently fruity-floral aroma of coriander, orange peel, nutmeg, some citrus and a touch of banana. Quite sweet, gently fruity-floral, quite spicy taste of coriander, bergamot, orange peel and some banana, followed by a short, hardly bitter, quite spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and minimally effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant NA Wit!

Bottle sourced from lowalcohol.dk and drunk at home (27/01/2021) - hazed orange with a white head. Think this must be my first AF Witbier, taste and aroma does give sweet wheat and spices along with some citrus lemony prominence, barley malts, yeast, citrus peel with more spices (coriander) into the finish.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity and minimally grassy, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, lemon drops, a touch of lemon balm, wheaty malty background, spicy overtones with a touch of coriander. Taste is citrusy fruity hoppy, slightly spicy, widely disguised but minimally yeasty doughy, diluted hints of wheat, notes of lemon, lemon drops, a touch of lemon balm and coriander. Light body, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft carbonation. Well balanced, harmonious, refreshing - better than several regular Witbiers.

Butelka. Jasnożółte, lekko opalizujące. Chyba, że wlać z osadem, którego dużo. Wtedy wychodzi breja. W aromacie maaasa herbaty, a oprócz tego jeszcze trochę herbaty. Gdzieś tam w tle trochę cytrusów. Zero kolendry, zero typowej brzeczkowości. W smaku wcale nie jest takie bardzo słodkie, przyjemnie złamane kwaskowością. Goryczki nie uświadczyłem. Wysycenie dość niskie. Witbier to to nie jest i może dlatego jest całkiem dobre.

Butelka 0.5l (BB 21.12.2020). Ciut cytrusowe jest ale też trochę brzeczkowe, lekkie, nisko nasycone, nie czuć słodyczy, dość orzeźwiające, przyjemne generalnie.
