On tap at Birrificio Italiano , pours a cloudy dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma has lots of wild bugs, tart cherries, cherry pith, and a touch of acetonic character. Flavour has a nice wild yeast expression, with tart cherries, wild yeast, gentle acetonic notes, and a dry buggy finish. Well-constructed. Good.

Bottle @ Home. Almost clear red body under a thin, fast disappearing white head. Aroma has a lot of red berries, mild wood, tannins, acidic grapes and mild funk. Taste is tart with red berries, funk, acidic grapes/fruits, mild wood and hint of lemon. Balanced body with a tart and fruity aftertaste. A wonderful grape ale with nice balance.

Draught@TCBW2022. Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some wooden, mild tartness with some berries as well. Flavour is berries, some wooden, floral and mild earthy tones. Has a little bit of alcohol sweetness too.

On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Dar red with off white head. Mostly berries and sour cherries. some grapes. Medium sourness. Bit acetic. Medium bodied.

Couleur acajou, pas de col.
Arôme présente de belles effluves qui allient le côté raisin/moût, barrique avec des notes plus 'funk' avec ce nez oscillant un peu sur le léger aigrelet.
Palais présente un agréable caractère de barrique - funk plaisant, effet un peu de grape ale avec un effet vineux ressortant en fin de bouche et qui vient magnifier le fruité-raisins.

Draught Fast gone pinkish head over deep brownish red beer. Sour wine, point of acetic and lots of tannines and grape acidity. Sour cherries, red just-not-ripe grapes. Backthroat soem fraintly caramelized grains. Feels much better carbonated than it looks; certian oily, tangy tonguefeel (the kernels?). And yet another great Italian grape ale - the future of Italian craft brewing?
Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A hazy golden beer. Aroma of brett, tart peach. Taste of tart peach, brett, juicy finish.
