0.75 l bottle from 'Mr. Hop', bottled in October 2022. Almost clear, golden with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately fruity-floral and gently vinous aroma of white grapes, gooseberry, hay and some grains. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, slightly malty, quite yeasty-spicy, gently fruity-floral, vinous taste of grains, hay, clove, white grapes, gooseberry and sparkling wine, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, rather dry finish. Medium to full body, minimally astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, very lively carbonation. Tasty bière brut, really resembles a sparkling wine, very well-brewed.
