All welcome back the Bouquet! Originally released in March 2020 and unintentionally catching fire as an alternative Mother’s day gift for locked down sons and daughters, we saw an opportunity in our brew plans to open back up to this lockdown classic, but tinged with some thoroughly modern Polly’s brewing techniques. Clean, balanced, and ultra accessible for a hazy IPA, we’ve loaded the dry hop on this beer with a hearty helping of Mosaic for new school juicy tangerine, mango and tropical vibes, and pulled everything together with just the slightest bit of Columbus for old school grassiness and pine to finish off. An IPA that has simplicity fully in mind, and a welcome return

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is fruity and a bit weedy hops with citrus, oats, orange, tropical fruits, bit floral, soft pine, Flavour is sweetish with a moderate bitterness. Body is medium. On the sweet side, bit weedy and floral, rich fruits. A 'bouquet' of hops for sure.

440ml can bought as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Light to mid-yellow gold, hazy with a tiny little film of white head. Bouquet, they weren't kidding. White grape, melon, apricot. Delish. Sweet taste, filling the mouth with pineapple, stone fruitand vanilla. Maybe one to sip and savour but I can't stop drinking it. Full body for the ABV, low to medium carbonation. I like everything about it.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Super opaque, milky gold complexion, foamy white head. Aroma of stonefruit, moderately sweet with a vibrant exotic hop definition to taste, hazy smooth.. very good indeed
