Can. An unclear orange colored beer with a small white head. Grapefruit and tropical fryityness in the aroma, piney, with a good dash of orange and a touch of pale malts. It's medium bodied and softly carbonated, nicely bittered. Grapefruit, orange and some tropical fryityness, pineapple and melon in the flavor, with a fruity finish. Refreshing but a bit gentle, as expected for a beer this strength. 241126

Can 440ml @ Home. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, lime, pine and pineapple. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter with an average citrus and pineapple finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

170ml draught at Ølhallen. Fragile lacing from a low white head,, hazy golden body. Moderate smell of ripe fruits, peachy scent. Mixed taste of soft malts, pineapple, and peaches. Discreet bitterness to a ripe fruity finish. Just okay. (Tromsø, 23.04.2024).

330 ml can, as Monkey Brew Wormhole 5.0 NEIPA, from Birk Bryggeriutsalg, Klepp. ABV is 4.7%. Hops are Sabro, Citra and Galaxy. Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits (pineapple and others) and sprucetips. The flavour has the same elements. Decent enough to drink, but I get a sense of deja-vu with a beer like this.

Uklar gul med kritthvit høy topp som daler sakte. Aroma; fersken, Sitrus, humle, guava, plomme, aprikos. Smak; Guava, aprikos, lime, humle, fersken, havre Fruktig og lett. Ettersmaken er litt svak men varer. Boks på Tøllefsen hjørnet.

0,44 boks fra Birk, stødig levert av Brynes Spedisjon&Øl, hjemme: ujlar strågul med ok skum. Lett krydret citrusparade som innledningsvis er meget frisk og fruktig, men den står dessverre ikke distansen helt ut - eller kanskje det var jeg som for en gangs skyld tok det med ro? Fin bitterhet og myk maltkropp.
