Keg at 73 Enid Street, 31/05/24. Clear golden blonde with a good sized white head. Nose is pale malts, grass, grains, herb, faint citric notes. Taste comprises straw, toasted grains, pale malts, light bread dough, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Tidy logger-bier.

Tap at 73 Enid Street. A crystal clear deep golden coloured pour with a a lasting pure white head. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty cereal, grass, light plastic. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty cereal, grass, toast, some mineral,. Palate is semi sweet, little thin, grainy, highish carbonation. Not bad.

Draught, half-pint, shared with Finn at North Westward Ho. Filmy layer over a clear golden body, rich lacing. Moderate moments of noble hops and grain on the nose, mid-dry. Grainy malt-driven taste backed by a citric note. Mid-dry finish. Clean mouthfeel. Easy to drink. Satisfying. (Manchester, 24.03.2024).
