Dune is a beer we have been working on for a while. We're big fans of the modern West Coast style IPA so we've used what we've learnt and dialled it into a bright, clear and crushable pale ale.

Fermentation with a lager yeast and paired back malt character leaves a canvas for the hops to shine. Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Mosaic in both hot side and dry hop present notes of lychee, grape and sweet pineapple. These fruit forward hops are balanced by subtle but snappy bitterness that invites you back for another sip.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, 18/04/24. Almost clear golden orange with a decent white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grass, melon, papaya. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, light pine nip, melon, grass, bitter orange, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with predominantly grassy hop bitterness. Not bad if a touch raw in places.
