Tap at Winter Affair 2025. Golden-amber body. Tart aroma, citus fruits more than grapes, some saliva. Lean, dry, waxy honeyish and citric taste, astringent but quite fun overall. Not their best beer, but unique, with veeery well hidden alcohol.

Bottle at Proeflokaal De Hoppenaar, on an evening with nice beers and good company. Didn't take notes, so this is what I remember: Moderate tart and also some sweetness. Fruity notes of stone fruit and grape. Nice reddish brown color. Well balanced. Nice.

Draught@TCBW2024. Hazy orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is tart fruits, wood and some mild sweetish alcohol tones. Flavour is apricot, peach, honey, some wood, mild tartness as well as some slight alcohol sweetness. Nice one!
