New ?????????????? brewery ? dark sweet and roasted malty with notes of chocolate and coffee roast, some caramel, brown sugar, oats, medium plus body, dark malty finish. Good first impression.

Brune/noire au col blanc-cassé - moka finement crémeux.
Arôme est marqué sur l'apport malté - chocolaté, grillé, toffee avec un soupçon d'houblons nobles en rétro-nasal.
Palais est onctueux avec l'apport de l'avoine - grillé sur des pointes toastées, pintable avec un renfor léger de chocolat noire amer, pointe de réglisse et fine sécheresse en fin de bouche.

Tap at sommar, mini cotts day out. A dark mahogany brown coloured pour with a a sticky mid tan head. Aroma is nice earthy roast, liquorice, woody roast, dry roast, bark. Hazelnut toasted. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty toasted malts, hazelnut, earthy roast, liquorice, woody roast, solid Porter.

Keg at the brewery taproom - Hoxton. Pours clear, deep brown with a small, foamy tan head. Light sweet flavour with notes of moderate roast, earth, cocoa, burnt rubber. Light bodied with average carbonation. Earthy finish, lightly ashy, some bitter cocoa. Easygoing. Not bad.

One-third, draught at Great Beyond Taproom. Shared with Finn. Stable fawn-coloured head leaving spotty lacing on the glass, pitch black in body appearance. Inviting smell of oatmeal and caramel. Fine blended taste of vanilla caramel, oatmeal, and a backdrop of coffee. Rounded aftertaste, smoothly roasted and not too sweet. Quite well bodied. Good drinking. (Hoxton, London, 30.09.2023).

(Backlog. Drukket 30.9.23). Delt med Rune. Svart. Høyt tett skum med litt farge. Daler sakte. Spotlacing. Aroma av kaffe & lakris. Smaken røstet malt & sjokolade. Vel søt.

Keg at BD Clerkenwell, 05/09/23. Black with a well presented tan head. Nose is mellow roast, coffee, charr, light ashen tones. Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, coffee, dark malts, roasted bite, burnt toffee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent flavoursome porter.
