(Draft at Het Lagerhuys, Amsterdam, 28 Feb 2026) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with green grapes, citrus, herbs and oak wood. Fruity, tart taste with notes of green grapes, white wine, oak wood, herbs and citrus. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh, tasty and winey. Very nice.

Light yellow clear color, small white head. smells grassy, earthy, peppery, tobacco, light veggies. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, herbal. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grass, earthy and peppery notes.
