From tap at Habitat in Trondheim with Sindre 06.02.24. Very clear, pale straw colour. Neutral aroma and taste of apple juice with red lemon peel bitterness. Easily drinkable and a bit dull. Probably a good starter for youths learning to drink.

330ml can as 'Lervig Apple Cider', from Etre Gourmet. Pours a clear gold. Very light sweet apple aroma. Taste is very light, artificial caramel, apple concentrate, artificial flavouring, a touch syrupy. Very far from a good natural cider. Awful.

200ml draught at Apollon Tønsberg. Crystal clear, late straw coloured body, bare naked surface, no lacing. Moments of apple and apple skins on the nose. Quite fresh taste of soft apples. Short, drying close. Fair enough. (Tønsberg, 28.10.2023).

330ml shared at Erik's place in Malmo. Appearance: clear pale golden with some white head. Aroma: semi-sweet red apples. Taste: along the same lines, a bit dry and astringent. Overall: pleasant.

330 ml can, from Rema 1000, Tau. ABV is 4.7%. This product contains some fermented apple juice, while the other ingredients are \"water, apple juice concentrate, sugar, caramel syrup, natural flavour, malic acid, citric acid, potassium sorbate (E202) and sodium metabisulfite (E223)\". And Lervig still has the nerve to call this a \"craft cider\"! - which is an insult to all of Norway's REAL producers of craft cider. Golden colour, pours moderately sparkling with a shortlived white head. Weak aroma of apples and artificial adjuncts. Thin and watery mouthfeel. The flavour is fortunately not too sweet, weak notes of apples and apple peel. Boring, but not undrinkable.

0,33 boks fra Strumatusen, hjemme mens jeg kokkelerer på nyttårsaften: klar gylden med bruseskum. Friske epler fra begynnelse til slutt. Ukomplisert å helle over drøvelen, en god tørsteslukker. Kort ettersmak.

Lervig local 120822. Golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, hint of sulpur, sourness. Flavor is apples, hint of sulphur, mature apple, sourness. Ordinary cider.
