The Mountain IPA was pioneered by our friends and trailblazers Odell Brewing Co in Colorado, combining the clean refreshment of a West Coast IPA with juicy hop aromatics, light haze and low bitterness of modern East Coast beers.
We dry hopped this take on the style with a combination of classic Columbus with modern classic juicy hitters Mosaic and Simcoe, bringing the best of both coasts.

Can on train to Manchester purchased from CW online. Pours hazed amber gold with a thin white cap. Aroma is peach, mango, pine hop, caramel, oat. Taste is peach, caramel, malt, piney hop. Quite sweet on first hit but finishes with good piney bitterness. Decent IPA

Endelig Mi2 igjen, og etter et sterkt felt av fatøl som lå tett i tett på oppløpssiden er vi nå over i klassen for flaske/boks. Lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Fersken, appelsin, granskudd og krydder. Tydelig og samtidig svært behagelig bitterhet i den saftige avslutningen. Min bordkamerat Petro var minst like begeistret som jeg.

440 ml can, as Cloudwater Parkhouse Hill Mountain IPA, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 6.8%. Slightly hazy orange colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of orange marmalade, pine and caramel. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements, decent bitterness.

can at home picked up from 73 Enid Street. A translucent amber orange coloured pour with a off white fine head. Aroma is semi sweet, biscuit, nutty malts, piney hop, grass, Flavour is composed of nutty earthy malts, grasy hop ,clean, . Palate is semi sweet, semi crisp, moderate carbonation.

Uklar Orange med offwhite topp som daler sakte og legger seg som et slør. Aroma; Phyllis, Furunål, sitrus, fersken, granateple. Smak; Phyllis, kvae, granateple, sitrus. Tykk munnfull. Moderat ettersmak. Delt med Leif og Jip.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Cloudwater online shop. Pours hazed orange-gold with a small, foamy white head. Light to medium sweet with fairly strong bitterness, toasted grains, earth, orange peel, grass, pine needles. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Bitter in the finish, some bready malts, pine. Not bad, a little rough around the edges.
