Can. It's difficult to pour without the head growing too big, but after a while the off-white foam settles and leaves curtains. A mostly clear golden colored body underneath. Spiced, peppery aroma, fruity, with some notes of hay, grass, pine cones and caramel. It's a bit effervescent, medium bodied and mostly dry, with a pleasant bitterness. Bread, caramel and some hay in the back of the flavor, with some peppery hints, grass notes, hay, pale malts and generic fruityness. Medium length finish. Too effervescent this one, else it's a decent brew. 240209
