330ml bottle, lot. 256, bought at Vinmonopolet in Arendal. Creamy off-white head, cloudy orange-gold body. Mid-sweet, ripe fruity aromas. Spiced dried fruity flavours, ripe banana and yeasty fruitiness together with soft malts. Sweet fruity ending. Satisfying. (Hotel room, Arendal 26.11.2022).

0,33 flaske fra Statens profylakseinstitutt på Kvaddå, administrert hjemme: lett uklar kobbergylden med fint men kortvarig skum. Fin krydderduft med citrus og eukalyptus i tillegg. Deilig smak av ditto i en god maltkropp. En smule overrkarbonert, men både fruktig og effektiv i avslutningen. Jeg tåler fint en behandling til med denne.

YG 130822. Golden brown color with a beige head. Aroma is yeast, wheat, spices, citrus. Flavor is yeast, wheat, spices, citrus, alcohol, banana, caramel. OK/Nice beer.

Bottle. Unclear golden body under a light, tan head. Aroma has malt Belgium yeast and a distinct spicy touch typical Belgium ale. Taste is sweet and malty, bread, brown sugar, spicy yeast and ripe banana. Balanced body with a long, pleasant aftertaste. This is more typical Belgium dubbel than Weissbier by my opinion, even if there is a hint of wheat here as well. But I really like the crossover style here. Rich in taste and originality, and superb as companion with food (grilled meat and root fruit in this case.

Bottle. It's an unclear dark golden colored beer with a finger thick beige head. The aroma has a light caramel touch, with some alcohol, banana and a spiced hint. Some perfumed hints too. It's full-bodied, warming and a bit heavy on the carbonation, mostly on the dry side. Caramel, some alcohol, banana and hints of perfume and spices in the flavor. Some dark chocolate kicking in towards the finish. A decent one, but a bit too untidy I think. 220813
