Bottle. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is green apple skins, some mild juicy apples. Flavour is pretty much sweet and somewhat dry/tart apples with some mild wooden and almost vinegary tones too. Quite dry as for the palate.

375ml bottle (2016) Clear deep gold appearance. Certainly dry and certainly has a few years under its belt. Some dust. Golden oily fruitiness carries through, lacks depth but generally decent.

37,5cl bottle (Vintage 2016) bought at Jaanihanso. Pours clear pale golden without a lasting head. Ripe apples with some yeasty notes and hints of barnyard. Rather dry, flavourful and almost fizzy. Quite refreshing, but a bit high carbonation.

Vintage 2016. Clear, pale golden, no head. Sour apple water with a champagney feel. Some sweet edge, mostly sour and bitter, but easy drinkable.

Bottle shared. Clear golden with very short lasting white head. Dry apple peel, soft mineral, soft pear, light tannins and alcoholic white grapes. Soft sour and bitter, very light sweet. Medium bodied, quite dry and champagne like bubbles. Quite nice.

Bottle. Pours golden without head. Aroma is sour, slight sweetness, fresh apples. Flavor follows the nose. Body is slightly watery. Carbonation is rather high. Overall: ok, I like the balance of tart and sweetness.
