It's The Most Wonderful Time For This Beer is an American Double IPA brewed with Citra and Amarillo hops along with Ginger, Peach, and Turmeric tea. To impart additional complexity, we also added heaps of sweet orange peel!

Pouring a hazy orange color in the glass, it carries notes of peach candy, pulpy orange juice, and an ever so gentle touch of warming spice. It is a genuinely novel flavor profile that is sure to delight your senses!

This is a thoughtful beer that is carefully constructed to be a balanced and interesting representation of the ingredients it contains. It's also meant to be fun - enjoy it with friends and family this holiday season!

Aroma: lovely, very fruity, juicy, tropical fruits, mango, a little dank, oranges, more fruit, very nice! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, very juicy, fruity, nice, resinous bitterness, tropical fruits, more juicy! Aftertaste: resinous hops, juicy tropical fruits, lots of citrus, a bit sweet, more resin, lovely, really good stuff!

Canned 11/29/22, drunk 12/30/22. Heavily hazy bronze-maize. Large, white head showing strong retention. Juicy citra and light fruity ester with biscuit, honey and graham cracker-like malts. Soft, easygoing but nicely hoppy with the spice teas not prominent, but adding good spiciness in the background. Clean, no alcohol or resin. Soft, juicy, spicy with a hint of pine and lots of biscuit and cracker malt, though with appropriate maltiness to balance. Juicy, lightly spicy, hints of earth and turmeric, but I'd never guess there were spicy teas in here. That said, lots of interesting, spicy, earthy, herbal notes retronasal, but they blend in with the hops nicely.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Soapy lemon aromas. Soft with sweet lychee, melon and apricot upfront turning to earthy tangerine pith in the dry, lasting finish.

Pours a hazy orange from a can. Big candied pineapple aroma and flavor. Pretty good beer.

Pours a hazy, pineapple-orange, with mid-sized head that dissipates rapidly. Aroma is a rather muted combo of citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is bitter citrus and tropical fruit, with some mid-level hop bitterness. Soft mouthfeel.
