0,75l bottle at tasting at home. Orange cloudy color, small white head. Smells oak, vanilla, funky, grassy, spices. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes funky, spices, oak, peppery, tobacco, walnuts. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of walnuts, oak and funky notes. Very nice one, great balance, reminds me of some 3f blends, very very promising

Really a fresh tasting Geuze with lots of lemon citrus.
A slightly hazy golden beer, no head. Aroma of dry sour grapes, apples, funk. Taste of sour white grapes, lime, zest, brett.

Süffiger, trocken bitterer Beginn, wenig Hopfen. Spritzig, weich, angenehme Säure von Zitrusfrüchten. Spritzig, trocken herb, langer Abgang, gut. 10/11/12/11/9/12

375ml bottle @ The Night of The Great Thirst 2025. Cloudy, hazed golden appearance with a white head. Wonderful complex wild aroma. Flavour profile delivers on such promise with a fantastically balanced, complex, layered geuze presentation, firm acetic presence with light woody nods. Just a great geuze.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a tiny white head. Nose has pretty restrained funk, but plenty of brett that comes across a little immature; some tart citrus in there maybe. Flavour is quite tart and acidic, with an almost saline quality to it; again, gentle funk. Finishes moderately tart, citrus, and salty. Not one of the more complex geuzes out there, but it’s well-made.

Pours clear, medium dark blonde. Medium size stable white head. Scent is sharp, clean tartness, some oak. Citrussy. Taste is sharp, more acetic and acidic than expected. Quite dry, persistent woody bite, medium citrus. Very decent Geuze, but not a true standout.

Slow gushing to disappearing fluffy off-white head. Fully hazy orange beer. Horseblanket, rhubarb, gooseberry - all the boxes ticked. Sweetish-sour, again rhubarb, yoghurt, horseblanket & farmyard. Fruity notes as well, as pineapple, citrus, unripe kiwi. Sharp-ish, acidburn and -thinning. Very good carbonation. Really good gueuze - the more as it is the first try. And again, the gueuze craze spreads out. Txs to Stef!
