Cloudy beige blond beer, big creamy to aery irregular white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, very juicy, citrus, a hint of vanilla, good stuff. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very intense, sweet, alcohol, good bitterness, fruity, some lactose, good, hoppy! Aftertaste: sweet, fruity, juicy, tropical fruits, sugary, gentle bitterness, some caramel, a bit too sweet.

Dorée sur un léger pâle, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme sur un bouquet plaisant agrumes ; orange confite, j’attendais plus du Sabro avec une touche d’agrumes en rétro-nasal.
Palais est épais grains-avoine n’y est pas pour rien avec une petite touche épicée du seigle. Houblonné, vert rappelant les groseilles vertes, petite note épicée du haze, le tout reste assez axé sur les agrumes – herbacé au fini. Là aussi je peine à trouver le Sabro dont son caractère marqué de coco et de tropical.
