Bottle from the source. Reddish with a haze and a tall, foaming head. Aroma of lime, beets and peppers. Has an overall tone that’s both fruity and earthy. Taste is mildly bitter with lingering spice and a faint tartness around the edges. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, relatively dry. Nice one!

Ah, now this is the stuff! The Indonesian pepper seems to have a sweet edge to it, which aligns with numerous Belgian saisons that have peppery but sweet notes.
The beetroot gives this a further odd earthy vegetal touch, but lovely and NOT sour thank Gott.

Poured from 330mL bottle. Hazed bright purple-ish red with a small white head. Saison yeast, very feint beet character, subdued hops, not really picking up the peppers at all. Okay.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, purple colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Somehow perfumed, soapy, spicy and slightly veggie aroma, hints of beet root, pink pepper, a fruity touch of orange. Taste is slightly citrusy fruity and minimally soapy spicy, slightly veggie, some residual sweetness, hints of pink pepper, orange, mandarine, a touch of beet root. Slightly creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice, indeed matching composition, good mouthfeel - enjoyable.

Bottle picked up and consumed at Bierkiste, München Monday 27th May 2024 after a short trip to Ayinger brewery in Aying earlier. Pours red with a head that soon disappeared so unable to determine colour but suspect white'ish' but tinged pink. Soft mouthfeel, sweet, perhaps a little too sweet, spicy and with a nice light pepperyness. Drinks easy considering the abv.
