Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orangey-red amber-gold colour, afew bubbles on top that dissipate away and aroma of concentrated apple, dried fruits, baked apple pie, booze. Taste is sweet, apple syrup, apple pie, pastry, drying tannin, nutty, with warm boozy notes. Oily mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, sweet & tannic syrupy apple finish. Very sippable.

27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Pours deep caramel apple red with no head. Aroma is rich sweet apple, toffee, baked apple, warming boozy notes, slightest funked edge. Intense rich sweetness with mellow bitterness. Full bodied, sticky, no carbonation. Quite delicious.

Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, apple, concentrated apple, caramelized apple, vanilla, tart apple, sweet apples, dry. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming. [20240427]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. No head. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich intense apples, fruits, fruit sugar and has a nice warming interse apple finish.
