A complex and satisfying modern pale ale. Citra and Chinook hops pack juicy tropical fruit flavours onto a fulsome malt base. Crisp and delicious.

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 22 Nov 2024) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, peaches and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with peaches, citrus, lemon peel, grass, white bread and a balanced citric/grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Refreshing and highly sessionable. Nice one.

Cask @ Angel, Nottingham. Danker looking pale golden with a thick creamy head. Easy session with mild wild fruit notes, although nothing berry related as it's mellow in this respect. Floral undercurrent.

Cask at Crafty Merlins, Darlington. Gluten Free. Clear bright golden colour, white foam head and aroma of citrus, hops. Taste is sweet, malt, caramel, biscuit, with tangy citrusy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
