13/6/2024. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers. Pours slightly hazy very pale yellow gold with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is sweet apple, semolina, citrus, green rhubarb. Very sweet, with a sharp citric tang. Moderate body, low carbonation. Liked the tart tang but was too sweet.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Pale yellow gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of juicy apple, fruits, sugary. Taste is sweet, syrupy, baked apple, with alittle tartness and acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. Quite OK.

Bottle at home, clearing out old stock to be fair, 10/05/24. Pale very light yellow with little in the way of a head. Nose is sweet apples, sugars, hedgerow, tannins. Taste comprises toffee apple, sugars, apple puree, sweet and sticky. Medium bodied, little in the way of carbonation, light drying close. Hasn't aged terribly but overly sweet and never likely a great.

Bottle from the brewer’s own stall at the Thame Food Festival. Honey coloured and as the name suggests, still. Medium-sweet apple juice flavour. Like all their products it lacks the tannic bite of traditional ciders- it tastes a little bland in fact, although a smoother mouthfeel is the payoff. Quite drinkable but unexciting- maybe an entry level cider to draw people away from the Magners and Bulmers of this world?
