BIAB at The Hop Inn, Hornchurch. Pours clear deep gold and still. Aroma: juicy apple, caramel. Taste: towards moderate sweet, fruity, mildly tart, tangy, lovely balanced acidity. Medium body with low/no carbonation. Tasty stuff.

500ml bottle from Real English Drinks. Sparkling, clear pale golden colour, big foamy white head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, fruits, some skin. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fruity, flowery, with some core, skin and drying acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
