Lightly hopped pale ale. The rugged landscape of Teesdale still has the signs of lead mining, an industry on which many depended. In honour of these hard working miners and their families, we brewed Plumbum. A lightly hopped and very drinkable pale ale. Rest up and enjoy. (By the way, Plumbum is the Latin word lead and its chemical symbol is Pb.).

Sample thanks to Danlo. Pours clear gold, aroma has fruity hints, strange sweet notes, malt. Flavour profile continues along these lines, interesting sweet fruity notes, gentle carbonation. Ok.

500ml bottle from Dark Sky Brewery. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of malt, bready. Taste is malty, grainy, bread, some tart fruity notes, coffee hint and with earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying bitter finish. OK.
