29/5/2024. Cask pour shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours cloudy pale yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is rubbery, piney, stone fruits, pineapple, mango. Moderate sweetness, quite heavy bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth, soft carbonation. Bitterness dominates the finish in the end, probably too much, but still enjoyable.

Sample thanks to Danlo! Cheers mate. Pours opaque, super hazed golden yellow, no head really besides a modest thin patch. Aroma of bright, ripened exotic stonefruit smoothie pulp. Continues to taste, good tropical sweet character with pineapple, mango and apricot coming through well. Gentle tangy bitterness. Decent.

Cask at Crafty Merlins, Darlington. First beer from new Co. Durham brewery Second Sun. Hazy yellow gold colour, white foam head and aroma of tropical fruits, citrusy hops. Taste is sweet, malty, grain, oats, juicy fruits, with mango, pineapple hints, and zesty citrusy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying tangy hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable
