Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Slightly hazed orangey gold colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, woody funk. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, with alittle tartness, leathery funk, wood hint, and light bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium drying finish Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours a misty golden orange. Soft fruity medium sweet ripened apple fruit aroma. Nice natural blend, still, full fruity character, not too much tannin, soft ripened fruit, decent medium dry.
