29/5/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours hazy dull golden with a small bubbly head. Aroma is grainy, wheaty, yeast, malt, earthy, funky notes, hint of beetroot and perfume. Light to moderate sweetness, quite bitter. Moderate body, average carbonation. Curious one.

330ml bottle from Broadtown. Murky gold colour, foamy white head and aroma of wheat, yeasty. Taste is sweetish, wheaty, saison-ish yeast, milky note, flowery, with alittle citrus tartness and some earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying yeasty & tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Cask at Kings Head, Bristol. Pours pale yellow with a white cap. Aroma: saison yeast, citrus. Taste: moderate sweet with lighter bitterness, light, floral, more citrus, subtle saison yeastiness. Light to medium body with fine carbonation. Nice to see a saison on cask and this was a good one.
