750ml bottle, chilled. Sparkling golden colour, bubbly white foam head that quicky dissipates away and aroma of juicy apple, light wood. Taste is sweet tangy fruity apple, sugary, with green apple, honey & slight woody notes. Slick mouthfeel, light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry crisp finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle. Clear golden to orange colour. Overall rather sweet and red apple evoking. Light pleasant sourness. Indeed refreshing. Finish is balanced sweet and sour, a bit sticky, which does not annoy in cider. Best cider from our local Marks&Spencer.

Bottle from M&S, Bicester consumed 12.06.11 Pours warm glowing gold with good clarity. Loads of mushy cooked apples, sweet dessert apply flavour’s you can almost taste the pastry, cinnamon and spice in this and the aroma is very apple pie. Its good, in fact very good for a 2% cider wonderfully juicy, refreshing and I think I will buy a few for the summer festivals on offer 6 for 5 along with all the single bottled beers, ciders etc at M&S at the moment. 75cl bottle from M&S Simply Food outside Chelmsford railway station. I picked up 5 rates in this small shop alone. Cool. Eaten with pepperoni and blue cheese pizza and watching The Goodies. Can’t get a better ambience than that. Gold clear in colour, any head disappears, but plenty of bubbles in evidence at bottom of glass. Rather a lovely fresh apple aroma. Some bramley cooking apple aroma. Easy drinking cider. It does remind me of my Mother’s stewed apples for dessert on a Sunday but cold and with some bubbles in it.. Medium in terms of sweetness. Fine stupidly drinkable but not a huge amount of character. Apart from the stewed Bramleys that is.

Gold, with a decent, foamy white head and plenty of carbonation. Sweet, dessert apple aroma with a touch of toffee. Flavour was similarly sweet, with a vague hint of cinnamon. Inoffensive drinking.
