Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of apple, yeast and a hint of tartness. Taste is light sweet, medium sour and light bitter with a long slightly dry, apple, yeast and tart finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, batch 108. Pours hazy yellow, with a finger thick creamy head. Aroma is apples, some funky bretty notes, lactic acid and sugar, as well as tropical hoppy notes with orange peel. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart with apples, fruit peel, lactic acid and some notes of minerals and vegetables, as well as hoppy notes with apricots and zesty tangerine peel. Tart fruity notes with currants in the finish.

Taste is sour-ish mineraly, sorrel, weeds, unripe sour apples, fruit stones, rubber, apple peel, minerals, motor oil. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Meh!

Flaske 500ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. Gusjegulbrun. Uklar. Filmskum. Ser ut som eplesaft. Merkelig aroma. Minner mest om motorolje. Smaken lett syrlig. Et visst eplepreg - men lite øl.

Draft sample @ TCBW ’16. Dorée, léger paille, col fin blanc. Arôme oscille entre un nez d epomme, cidre et un léger critique, côté ester levure allemande ajoute un fini qui balance un peu le tout. Palais est finement acerbe au niveau de la pomme tout en gardant ce côté ester-levure allemande avec uen touché de banane. Je suppose que cela était juste le fait d’utiliser cette dernière en fermentation. Fini citrique assez persistant de chair de pomme.
