Backlog August 2016. Clear pale golden body under a fine, lacing white head. Nice, refreshing fruity aroma, some acidity and really not much left of the beer in aroma. Taste is super refreshing, acidic lemon and fruity with a hint of yeast. Medium body and same aftertaste. Easy drinkable and all over very refreshing fruit beer without so much beer flavor.

Bottled. Hazy goldeny orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is green apple skins, some yeast, mild floral and also sweet apples. Flavour is somewhat tart green apple skins with some sweeter apples as well. Pleasantly balanced.

On tap at Haand Festival. An unclear, pale golden colored beer with a finger-thick white head. Apples, lemon and hints of bread in the aroma. The bread only showing up when warming up. It’s acidic, medium bodied and dry, with a nice carbonation level. Lemon and a lot of apples. Lasting lemony finish with apples and a faint yeasty touch. Easy drinkable and unusual. 160527

KØLF 190816. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is citrus, wheat, yeast, malt, apple. Flavor is citrus, wheat, yeast, floral, malt, apple. OK fruit beer.

Keg @ Crowbar, Oslo. Pours hazy gold, white head. Aroma is fruity, apple, citrus. Taste is smooth and quite fruity with some pineapple notes and notable berliner acidity. Tasty fruit sour.

Aroma is moderate malty, weat, tart apple, sour apples, tannis. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, apples, wheat, medium dry, salty.
