12oz can pours out a golden topped with a small head. Nose is some sweetness caramel and a touch of coconut. Taste is more of the sweet caramel notes and a light coconut water taste.

Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a murky apricot color with a medium sized foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet coconut, caramel and cream. The flavor was sweet, nutty, caramel, coconut and cream. Long finish. Medium body. Interesting.

12oz can. Poured a slightly hazy orange color with a medium fizzy white head. Aroma was some light coconut notes, some light malts. Flavor was light coconut, perhaps a bit artificial, but alright. Drinkable.

12 oz. can thanks to Phatdog1. Crystal clear gold with lasting head. The nose is indeed coconut and caramel. Smells nice. The flavor isn’t a surprise. Caramel malt base with the malt forward and coconut mild in the finish. Coconut is a nuance and light. Body is thin with a oily texture. It’s a super drinkable brew that would be a great session drinker for summer. Very easy to down.

Shaker pint draft at Tap42 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The pour is mostly clear golden, with a small white head, featuring a bunch of lace left on the glass. The aroma is toasted coconut, along with light sweet cream. The taste is a big punch of sweet toasted coconut on top of a lightly malt sweet blond. Really a bunch of coconut, probably too much for me personally. The palate is medium bodied, soft carbonation, and a lingering sweet coconut. The finish has touch of toasty present. Well made, just not totally up my alley.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours clear golden color with white head. Aromas is mostly coconut with some grain. Coconut flavor, but surprisingly not overly sweet or artificial tasting, with some caramel. Not all that great, but their best beer by far. This is the first of four samples and it goes downhill quickly from here.

Slightly hazy light amber and a thin head. Not that much aroma but has a creamy coconut note. Clean, balanced malt. Fairly natural, not too sweet flavour though not really my thing. Might be a bit ambitious for a rookie brewery but if they pull this one together there is potential in the concept.
