Een IPA, maar dan ondergistend. Door bij lagere temperatuur te vergisten komen de mouten en de hoppen nog beter tot hun recht. De Duitse hoppen met tonen van meloen, passievrucht en munt geven dit bier geheel eigen stijl.

Tap at Arendsnest, 17th April 18. Pours light and lager like. Aroma is grass, aromatic, citrus. Taste is yeast, grass and citrus. Nice hoppy lager.

8 3 7 3 15 Draft at Langendijk, Amsterdam. Hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits and grassy notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 21 Feb 2018) Pale amber colour with lasting, off-white head. Malty nose with notes of crisp-bread, toast and orange peel. Malty, hoppy taste with crisp-bread, toast, orange peel, apricots, a touch of resin and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Uit een flesje bij de Waterkant (zondag 4 maart). Troebel licht oranje kleur, lekker hoppig aroma, prima biertje.

Bottle from Mitra Bunnik, BB 01-2019. Hazy orange to amber color, big rocky head. Aroma of quite some tropical fruit, mandarin. Medium citrussy bitterness in taste, slight spicy hop and bit sulphury and dry as well. Some toffee and toasted malts for sweetness. Very decent beer actually.

On tap at Bret. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of citrusy hops, hint of cabbage and spruce, light malty. Flavour is light sweet, hoppy, spruce, nettles, citrus, cabbage bitterness, light malty, some melon, light floral, crisp. Light bodied. Decent stuff.
